classes that fit in with the way YOU want to receive your antenatal education.
Our weekend
and short
courses are small
and friendly, giving you the opportunity not only to access the information you
need, but also to meet other first time parents about to embark upon the same
adventure as you. Alternatively, if
you would prefer one-to-one tuition,
we can come to your home and provide all the information you require in one
personally tailored session.
Lifestyle
Antenatal Classes is run by Alison
Green, a fully qualified NCT-trained Antenatal Teacher with
8 years' teaching and training experience.
In this time, Alison has guided
nearly 1000 couples through the maze of choices and
decisions to be made when approaching childbirth and parenthood.
She has recently also expanded into
offering a Doula or Birth Companion service either with or without antenatal
